Bella’s 6 monthsFebruary 21st, 2011I can’t stop smiling as I edit these images of little Bella. What an adorable bundle of personality she is! And this girl came ready for her photo shoot – she even brought her heels! And like most girls, she loves pearls! But that doesn’t mean she can’t rock a tough girl look! She is just a precious little angel! |

Holiday Photo ShootsDecember 1st, 2010One missing tree stand, one very crooked tree, several tangled strands of lights, and a lot of mess later – my house is decorated for Christmas! I have 3 sets with trees inside, plus some fun props with the white background. We can also do holiday photos outside. Bring your kids, your family, and your pets. There’s still time to do a session and get custom designed cards. |

My GrandkidsSeptember 7th, 2010It’s not often I get all eleven of my grandchildren together at one time, but when I do it’s crazy & awesome! Sometimes during a photo shoot people worry that their children aren’t behaving as well as they want them to, but it really doesn’t bother me. I don’t expect them to sit quietly and pose perfectly – that just wouldn’t be a normal day! Anyway, the best shots are when they’re being themselves. Here’s a few outtakes from how perfectly things went at the photo shoot with my eleven grandchildren. The first step is to gather everyone into one general location The next step is to keep the baby from crying and get everyone to look at the camera instead of Fen trying to run away. It’s usually best if they don’t eat the mulch
Now, if we can just get one shot without goofy faces or cheesy smiles No matter what, jumping and hanging out with your cousins is always a great time! And, here are my favorite shots of the day And number one – all eleven in one shot – priceless! |

FamilyMarch 25th, 2010“The happiest moments of my life have been the few which I have passed at home in the bosom of my family.” ~Thomas Jefferson One of my favorite parts of photography is capturing memories of special moments shared with families, and this family was no exception. Johanna and Phillip are such an awesome couple and their boys are adorable! Thank you for allowing me to spend some time with your beautiful family! |
