David & Diane’s FamilySeptember 9th, 2010What an awesome place David & Diane have for a photo shoot! Add beautiful weather and a fun family and how could you not get great shots! Here are some of my favorites of their family. Getting the dogs to all sit and look at the camera was really not as easy as it looks – great job guys! I love this one! And now for the boys favorite part – first we had to practice jumping on the count of 3. And here goes the real thing! I was very impressed Diane was able to not get her hair wet, and I think Trevor & Tyler would have let me take pictures of them jumping in the pool all day! Thanks for a great time guys! |

My GrandkidsSeptember 7th, 2010It’s not often I get all eleven of my grandchildren together at one time, but when I do it’s crazy & awesome! Sometimes during a photo shoot people worry that their children aren’t behaving as well as they want them to, but it really doesn’t bother me. I don’t expect them to sit quietly and pose perfectly – that just wouldn’t be a normal day! Anyway, the best shots are when they’re being themselves. Here’s a few outtakes from how perfectly things went at the photo shoot with my eleven grandchildren. The first step is to gather everyone into one general location The next step is to keep the baby from crying and get everyone to look at the camera instead of Fen trying to run away. It’s usually best if they don’t eat the mulch
Now, if we can just get one shot without goofy faces or cheesy smiles No matter what, jumping and hanging out with your cousins is always a great time! And, here are my favorite shots of the day And number one – all eleven in one shot – priceless! |

StoryboardsAugust 31st, 2010
I just finished a few new storyboards. These make great canvas wraps or metal prints that are ready to hang without searching for the perfect frame. You can see more samples on my website under portfolios/artwork & creative.

SistersJuly 13th, 2010Saturday morning at Oak Knoll Park with a great couple and their adorable girls – I love my job! It was fun to watch the little sister try to be just like her big sister – adorable! We got so many great shots it was hard for me to choose my favorites. Thanks Dave & Becca for sharing your family time with me! |

Shaylea & KendallMay 7th, 2010A beautiful day, a couple of cute little dancers, and a trip to the zoo – it doesn’t get any better! A little tip for anyone planning a weekend trip to the zoo – do not take the Hampton exit! It took me almost an hour from the exit off 40 until I was able to park. But, it was all worth it – thanks girls! |

St. Louis Camera Club WinnerApril 28th, 2010I am very excited and honored that the St. Louis Camera Club has chosen one of my images as one of 30 to represent the St. Louis Camera Club in a display at a “Sister Cities” 50th Anniversary promotion in Stuttgart, Germany. The image will be printed and framed for display. I titled the image “concentration” because of the intense looks on their faces (along with the tongues). These boys are such cuties! |

FamilyMarch 25th, 2010“The happiest moments of my life have been the few which I have passed at home in the bosom of my family.” ~Thomas Jefferson One of my favorite parts of photography is capturing memories of special moments shared with families, and this family was no exception. Johanna and Phillip are such an awesome couple and their boys are adorable! Thank you for allowing me to spend some time with your beautiful family! |
