I just finished a few new storyboards. These make great canvas wraps or metal prints that are ready to hang without searching for the perfect frame.  You can see more samples on my website under portfolios/artwork & creative.

A beautiful day, a couple of cute little dancers, and a trip to the zoo – it doesn’t get any better! A little tip for anyone planning a weekend trip to the zoo – do not take the Hampton exit! It took me almost an hour from the exit off 40 until I was able to park. But, it was all worth it – thanks girls!

I am very excited and honored that the St. Louis Camera Club has chosen one of my images as one of 30 to represent the St. Louis Camera Club in a display at a “Sister Cities” 50th Anniversary promotion in Stuttgart, Germany. The image will be printed and framed for display. I titled the image “concentration” because of the intense looks on their faces (along with the tongues). These boys are such cuties!

A few of my favorite shots from a recent session with Shelby Steingraeber, the Miss Gateway St. Louis Outstanding Teen 2010.  Not only is Shelby a beautiful girl on the outside, but on the inside as well. It was such a pleasure to work with such a sweet and gracious girl! Good luck to Shelby as she moves on to compete in the state pageant in June.

Congratulations to Alexandra Milakis for winning the Photogenic Award at Starpower Talent Competition with one of the images we took at her dance shoot last fall. Can’t wait for our next shoot – let’s hope for a warmer day!

Sierra was one of my dance students when I owned my studio. It was so much fun to have her come in for a photo shoot! Her moves were awesome as ever and she was such a sweetheart doing every jump, layout, and battment as many times as needed to get the shot! Here are my favorites – Thanks Sierra!

From college basketball last week to elementary basketball this week. I had a wonderful time watching my nephew Tyler and grandson Brennan, coached by my brother-in-law David (or as Brennan calls him “Uncle Coach”). They both played very hard and did such a great job! Here’s some of my favorite shots from the game.

Last minute instructions

Brennan takes it down the court

Looks like somebody has a loose tooth!

They brought in a lower basket for the boys, but it doesn't look like they needed it!

I love that Tylie is always smiling!

Is anyone listening to the ref giving instructions to line up for a free throw?

Yesterday we went to the parent’s breakfast and the Seton Hall basketball game at Prudential Arena. Had a great time and cheered the Pirates to a 79-71 win over DePaul!
