Amber & Corey WeddingOctober 21st, 2010It is obvious after spending a little time with Amber and Corey that they are very much in love. Amber said her grandmother told her she had not see true love in a long time and it is so wonderful to see. I was so touched by the love between Amber & Corey I even got teary eyed as I snapped shots of their “First Look”. Here are a few of my favorites from their special day.

Corey was blindfolded for the limo ride from The Ritz to Forest Park – no peeking until the First Look

Back to the St. Louis Zoo for the beautiful outdoor ceremony

Life is a CabernetOctober 13th, 2010On Monday, October 11, 2010 The American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) St. Louis Chapter presented its 15th Annual Action, Luncheon and Fashion Show – “Life is a Cabernet”. Donations at this event support local patient services as well as globally funding research and clinical trials. The St. Louis Chapter contributes significantly to the critical research being conducted at the Advanced Center for Parkinson Research at Washington University School of Medicine. You can learn more about Parkinson Disease and the St. Louis Chapter on their website www.stlapda.org. My dad has suffered from Parkinson’s for 34 years. He never complains and maintains a great sense of humor while continuing to battle this disease. He and my mom who is a constant caregiver are a true inspiration to me. GunnarOctober 7th, 2010I can’t believe Gunnar’s already one year old! We’ve done pictures in his little chair at every session this past year – such a cutie!
We even managed to get a very quick shot of him standing on his own.
He loved the balloons!
But I think he loved the cake even more!

Adam & NicholeOctober 2nd, 2010Being able to photograph one of my former dance students all grown up and getting married was such an honor! I had not seen Nichole in a few years and it was so much fun to catch up with her and meet Adam. Their wedding at Hermann Hill Wedding Chapel was absolutely beautiful.
Adam & Nichole’s daughter Carleigh was so excited for Great Grandma to help her into her pretty dress.
Love the shoes!
What a gorgeous bride!
Nichole’s grandparents were a special part of her day. Grandpa walked her down the aisle and grandma hand sewed details on the dress.
